Return Policy
Resin Dragon Studios does not accept returns due to buyer's remorse. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or are missing an item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- You MUST contact us within 10 days of receipt, and all packaging must be kept.
- You may be asked to provide pictures of damaged boxes and items.

Exchanges
Resin Dragon Studios does not accept exchanges.
Refunds
Refunds are only available in cases of damaged products in which the customer does not wish to have the item replaced.
Cancellations
Are accepted within 1 hour of ordering. Once a CUSTOM order is placed and accepted by the customer, there are no cancellations on custom orders.
