My item arrived damaged or broken. What do I do?
Please email us directly at ResinDragonStudios@gmail.com with pictures and keep ALL packaging. We will instruct you on the next steps including a replacement.

How Long will it take to get my order? 

It depends! Please see our Shipping Policy for more info. Customs and Print on Demand items take approximately 2-3 weeks to ship. If you need an item faster, there may be an up-charge for rushed processing times. Please utilize our Contact Us page to see if we can accommodate. 

What kind of items can you UV Print on?

UV Printing is very versatile and can print on almost any hard surface. Think acrylic, wood, glass, metals, etc. We cannot print on soft items like clothing or tote bags at this time. 

Care instructions for 3D printed Items and Disclaimer: 
PLA and PETG are not dishwasher safe. If you must clean, please use a moist towel and wipe the item down. Do not Soak or put in the dishwasher.
