Custom Order Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in a custom creation from Resin Dragon Studios! Please read the following terms carefully before placing a custom order. By submitting a custom order request, you agree to these terms.

Non-Returnable Items

All custom orders are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Because each piece is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom items.

Proof Approval

Before we begin production on any custom order, you will receive a digital proof for your review and approval. Production will not begin until we have received your written approval of the proof. Please review your proof carefully, as this is your opportunity to confirm all details — spelling, design, layout, and colors — are correct.

Each custom order includes up to 3 complimentary proof revisions as part of the order price. If you are not satisfied after 3 proofs, we will offer one of the following options:

  • Termination of the transaction (with applicable refund of any deposit, minus any fees incurred)
  • Continuation with additional proofs at an additional fee, to be disclosed at that time

Production Timeline

Custom orders have an estimated production time of 2–3 weeks from the date of proof approval. Please note that production timelines are subject to change on a case-by-case basis depending on order complexity, volume, and other factors. We will communicate any significant delays to you promptly.

Photo Requirements for UV Printing

If your custom order involves UV printing, please ensure that any photos or images you submit meet the following requirements:

  • File format: PNG or JPEG only
  • Images must be high resolution and suitable for printing

If a submitted photo is determined to be unusable for any reason (low resolution, file corruption, incompatible format, etc.), we will contact you via email to notify you and request a replacement image. Production will not begin until a suitable image is received.

Right to Refuse Service

Resin Dragon Studios reserves the right to refuse custom order requests for any reason, at any time, without obligation to disclose the reason for refusal. If your order is refused, you will be notified and any payment received will be refunded.

Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy

Resin Dragon Studios deeply respects the intellectual property rights of artists, creators, and rights holders. We will not produce any custom order that incorporates copyrighted material without proper licensing or authorization.

This includes, but is not limited to, characters, logos, artwork, and quotes owned by third parties such as:

  • Disney
  • Marvel
  • My Hero Academia
  • Copyrighted quotes and phrases (e.g., “I drink and I know things”)
  • Any other trademarked or copyrighted intellectual property

If you are unsure whether your requested design includes copyrighted material, please do your own due diligence and research. Resin Dragon Studios will not provide any advice on the issue. Orders found to include copyrighted content will be refused and/or cancelled.

Design Work & Additional Fees

If your custom order requires any design work beyond standard customization, an additional design fee may apply. This fee will be disclosed to you at the time of your quote and must be agreed upon before work begins.
